Order Processing Times 

All orders received by 2pm are shipped the same business day, after is the following (exceptions may apply).
Please allow 2-7 business days to receive shipment prior to contacting support.   

Payment types

Large cost items

When placing an order with a high dollar amount or shipping to a different address than the billing address on your credit card, we may ask for payment via bank wire transfer. This is for your security and to prevent identity fraud. Bank wire transfers are one of the most secure methods of payment available, as they require authorization from both parties and cannot be reversed in the event of fraudulent activity. Rest assured that we take steps to protect our customers and their financial information, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter. 

Special Order

Are you having trouble finding a particular part or product? Look no further! We can special order almost any item from one of our trusted brands. Simply provide us with the necessary information, and we will do our best to track it down for you. Keep in mind that special orders may take longer to arrive than items we already have in stock. But don't let that deter you - sometimes the wait is worth it to get exactly what you need. So don't hesitate, let us help you find the right product for your project.

Authorization

The safety and security of our customers is our top priority, and that's why all orders go through a credit card authorization and verification process. This may involve contacting the customer for further information about their purchase. While it may seem like an inconvenience, this extra step helps to protect against fraudulent activity and ensure that your information remains secure. In fact, we may even cancel an order if we are unable to obtain verification or on belief that the issuing card has elevated risk. In addition, please ensure that the address and contact information listed on your account is up to date, as incorrect information may also affect the processing of your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but rest assured that we are committed to providing a safe shopping environment for all of our customers. 

Sales Tax

You are charged sales tax based on the type of product, where it is delivered or picked up, and whether shipping and handling are taxable in your state. With the Nexus tax law, we are required to collect in Florida, Massachusetts and the state of New Jersey. It will placed in your invoice.

Marked down zone items

Open box items may lack original packaging unless otherwise specified. They come with all original equipment manufacturer (OEM) manuals and accessories, unless noted otherwise, comes with manufacturers full warranty. Pre owned items come with a 30 day return policy. Please note that all sales are final for open box items.

Deposits

If you wish to place an order for an item that is not available on our website or requires a special order, we kindly request a 10% deposit to initiate the initial order. The remaining balance should be paid in full upon pickup. Please note that once the order process has begun, refunds will not be issued.
