**Costs:** A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon acceptance. Once received, AMG Marine will schedule the project. Rates are as follows: regular labor at $155 per hour and emergency service at $195 per hour. Quoted costs are estimates and may change based on pre-existing conditions or additional efforts required for proper installation/service. If costs exceed 25% of the total estimate or other approvals are needed, AMG Marine will seek client approval. The client is responsible for any fees from marinas, facilities, or daily contractor charges for work on-site. Travel expenses will be billed at the end of the project.
**Work Area/Conditions:** The client must provide access to the worksite, including keys if needed. Any furniture, appliances, or personal items should be moved, covered, or stowed in advance. The client is also responsible for providing power and plumbing, if necessary. For safety and efficiency, clients should not be present during the work. If the client requires consultation during work hours, a $155 per hour fee may be applied for unscheduled meetings. In case of unsafe weather conditions, AMG Marine may cancel or reschedule with limited notice, and a new date will be communicated via email, phone, or text.
**Completion:** Services will be considered complete once performed to industry standards. AMG Marine will make a good faith effort to meet timelines, but delays due to change orders, product availability, labor disputes, weather, or other uncontrollable events may extend the timeline. Payment is due by the date listed on the invoice. A 5% late fee will be applied if payment is not received by the due date, and this fee will accrue monthly. AMG Marine reserves the right to report non-payment to credit bureaus or pursue legal action.
**Liability & Insurance:** AMG Marine is responsible for their own actions and those of their employees. However, they are not liable for any damage or loss to the boat, motor(s), trailer, or contents resulting from vandalism, theft, fire, weather, part failure, collision, or any other events beyond their control.
**Cancellation:** If the client cancels, reduces, or modifies the scope of work, the deposit remains non-refundable. If the project is minimized, the deposit may be applied toward completed work or purchased materials.
**Limited Warranty:** Services and repairs are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship under normal service conditions for one year from the completion date. No other warranties, express or implied, apply, including warranties of seaworthiness or suitability for a particular purpose. The client’s sole remedy for defective work or materials is AMG Marine's choice to repair or replace them. Any repairs needed due to misuse by the client will be charged at the current labor rate.
